patrick durego on a $100,000 warrant charging him with three charges of child molestation. gilroy police are asking for other victims to come forward and contact them. >> another blow to solyndra, after layoffs and house republicans are deepening their investigation in whether the solar panel maker got massive loans because of political ties. more on this. >> the house energy committee subpoenaed documents to a half billion dollar loan. the obama energy department was favoring some other companies over others and some said solyndra was granted the loans because ties to george kaiser.

vehicles that had their tires slashed. >> it baffles me why somebody would do this. i mean i couldn't go to work today, i couldn't do that. i mean i don't know how i can afford four brand-new tires. >> police say they are teeing leads searching for suspects. they have no motive. a local tire shop is fixing over hundred slashed tires at a discount. >> the proposal to reduce speed limits around all san jose schools to 15 miles an hour has moved forward. they approved that measure yesterday. the vote allows the city to examine the impact and the cost of lowering the posted speed limit to public and private schools from the current 25 miles an hour to 15 miles an hour when children are present.

the full council will discuss the plan in october. >> cal trains is expected to announce a new transit company to operate the commuter line. they are reporting that caltrain executives are choosing missouri based transit america. they chose it over another company to save the rail service $24 million over the next five years. officials say transit america no knocked their socks off during the interview process. if approved it will take five months to change over. >> a go gang crackdown in san francisco's mission district after a man was killed what police say was a case of mistaken identity. gang members killed the 22-year-old cook after he stepped out of a restaurant at 19th and san carlos early tuesday morning. they believe the gunman thought he was member of a rival gang.

economists fear another recession is looming. president obama will unveil it in a speech on thursday. now, the president will face off the n.f.l. season opener. >> next thursday the president plans to outline his plan to create jobs before a require a joint session of congress. the president plans to press his captive audience with a message telling republicans you are the road block. >> we have to break the gridlock in washington that prevents us from taking the action we need to get this country moving. >> the president plans to outline what the white house described as a detailed three point plan. first tax relief, tax credits for companies. infrastructure investment a special bank for building projects and third targeted assistance for the long term
